Role Summary
The
Partnerships Coordinator will provide daily support for the impact partnership
team, including researching prospects, gathering information, preparing
presentations, and handling administrative duties. This role will play a crucial part in
overseeing the analytical aspects of all prospects within our database.
We are looking
for a candidate who will bring a highly analytical, creative, collaborative,
and flexible attitude. This person should have a positive, \’can-do\’\’ attitude
and possess the ability to deliver and complete projects in a timely manner
within a fast-paced environment. This individual should be a self-starter who
can effectively manage their workload and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Research:
- Research
and source 150 weekly new leads across pre-defined sectors to build the sales
team’s pipeline, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Proactively
build knowledge of The Conduit’s impact areas to help inform the work of the
Partnerships Team. - Monitor
competitive tactics and emerging industry trends and share accordingly.
Presentation
and Documentation:
- Create
partner-specific presentations or materials, including partnership pitches and
proposals, writing and submitting briefs, routing/trafficking content for
approvals, and confirming deliverables with partners. - Prepare
recap decks, case studies, and other related presentations as needed.
Reporting
and CRM Management:
- Manage
the partnerships team’s weekly reporting documents and keep internal documents
up-to-date. - Use CRM
platforms like Hubspot and PeopleVine to manage prospecting lists and set up
automated outreach strategies.
Collaboration and Brainstorming:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance how
we collaborate with partners, marketing strategy, and sales to ensure we’re
maximising value for our partners. - Nurture strong internal relationships to ensure
close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal
stakeholders and partners as well as provide ad-hoc daily administrative
support to the Impact Partnerships team as needed. - Support on events and project management as needed,
acting as a team player within the team. - Support the finance team in onboarding new partners,
including contact management, PO creation, and invoice routing. - Create/recommend tools, reports, and processes to
effectively meet team needs. - Effectively navigate and complete projects within a
highly matrixed organisation in a timely manner.
Qualifications &
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year
of experience. - Proficient in
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote) and ideally Hubspot (or keen to
learn). - Effective
communicator (both verbal and written) who can tailor messaging to various
audiences, including executive leadership. - Proven
experience creating presentations and managing reporting documents. - Excellent
project management skills with the ability to enlist cooperation among internal
stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as well as external partners. - Strong
attention to detail and ability to switch between creative projects and
analytical/technical projects with ease. - Analytical
mindset with the ability to quickly consolidate information and data. - Comfortable
working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated
and reliable team member with strong time management skills. - Forward thinker
who anticipates needs and opportunities.
