Role Summary
To support the development and delivery of a robust Impact Partnership strategy that generates business revenue and enables organisations to reach their social impact and sustainability goals. As our ideal candidate, you should have excellent relationship building skills and a strong understanding of the role of business in achieving the vital social, environmental and economic shifts required to create a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of The Conduit’s Impact Partner strategy and activities
- Manage partnership discussions from prospecting and proactive outreach, to writing and pitching bespoke proposals aligned with corporate sustainability strategy and impact objectives
- Conduct market analysis of key private sector companies aligned with Conduit values and create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Deliver outstanding account management to engage partners, maximise partnership opportunities and ensure renewals
- Deliver outstanding partnership deliverables for partners across multiple workstreams, overseeing resources, timelines, convenings and strategic partners (e.g. events, high level dinners, tailored introductions, content, brand‑aligned materials) working closely with the Events, Marketing, Membership and Programming teams
- Build strong relationships with corporates and employ a variety of strategies to engage senior leaders and C‑suite executives
- Work closely with The Conduit’s Marketing and Membership teams to co‑ordinate strategy execution, lead sharing and partnership opportunities
- Conduct and manage up‑to‑date competitor analysis
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
- Actively champion and promote The Conduit Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy
- Support and contribute to the overall success of The Conduit
- Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years working in Business Development/Partnerships
- Programme and Project Management experience
- Proven experience leading end‑to‑end programme or initiative delivery, ideally in the social impact, non‑profit or sustainability sectors
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Technical knowledge and experience of working on social and/or environmental impact‑focused partnerships or projects
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability and impact, and the key issues that need to be addressed by organisations and business leaders
- Design of programmes, workshops or roundtables for corporates/C‑suite executives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for events, publications and external engagement
- Experience contributing to or producing thought leadership outputs, such as reports, articles, or event content
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking
- Commercial aptitude, digital and numerical fluency
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage and prioritise challenging workloads
- Strongly results‑oriented with the ability to work independently and show initiative
