We are seeking a qualified and HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing online therapeutic provision in partnership with our Great Minds Therapy Services offer. You will be a creative and innovative Speech & Language Therapist who is able to build self-confidence and communication skills of highly vulnerable young people through specialist online therapy practice.
The Great Minds Therapy offer allows TCES to provide expert support anywhere in the country in a progressive digital environment. You will collaborate with TCES educational and pastoral staff, to ensure the effective delivery of therapeutic education, bespoke interventions and unique learning opportunities for neurodiverse pupils who have a range of complex needs.
Essential requirements to be successful in the role are:

- Resilient and robust, role modelling outstanding professionalism.
- Hold HCPC registration with a recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree qualification and further professional development accreditations.
- Substantial demonstrable experience in successfully working with vulnerable young people, those with complex mental health needs and/or those with challenging behaviours.
- The ability to plan and coordinate sessions online, proficient with communication and supporting speech progress for pupils through universal and intensive therapeutic offers.
- Proficient digital skills, including a good understanding of IT systems and the ability to use them effectively as a member of an online school.
- Creative and innovative, whilst maintaining principles of clinical governance.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Proactive and innovative, collaborating with team members in other disciplines, whilst also with the ability to work flexibly and independently.
