Compass Eko Trust is seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to lead the organisation’s people and workforce strategy across 28 schools. You will report to the COO and work with Co-CEOs, the Board and executive colleagues to shape HR frameworks and practice in a complex, multi-site trust.
You will direct recruitment, retention, reward, culture, employee relations and wellbeing, ensuring legal compliance and evidence-informed decisions while guiding local school leadership through the merger.
