We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to join our London office on a Part-Time basis, working 30 hours over 4 days per week. This is a fixed-term contact position initially for 2-3 months. Ideally this position will start from week commencing 6th July.

As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our London showroom offers an inviting and engaging showroom experience that reflects the PAIGE brand. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting daily showroom operations, from ensuring our space is beautifully curated to managing inventory and assisting the sales team. This role is all about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand insight into a global fashion brand and experience a key sales period from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients in the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is always visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Maintain an immaculate showroom environment, ensuring all spaces are presentation-ready.
  • Support the sales team during appointments providing excellent hands-on support during market.
  • Keep track of product inventory, including receiving new stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing inventory reports.
  • If required, assist in department administration, including processing orders, order entry, and liaison with operations.
  • Liaise with clients for scheduling showroom visits, follow-ups, and ensuring all their needs are met during and after their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring all products are displayed according to company standards.
Who we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a retail, showroom, or sales support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work full time hours during peak showroom periods.
