About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our sales team. The main focus of this role will be to maintain, renew and increase TCV with a number of accounts within the Telecoms markets. Setting the account strategy and orchestrating the client engagement to nurture existing and nurture new relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Ownership – Develop and execute a number of account plans, to drive customer retention, secure renewal business and identify new opportunities.
- Key stakeholder management to ensure FDM CCS Insight are addressing customers business objectives.
- A working knowledge of the FDM CCS Insight portfolio and how this benefits and maps to client needs.
- Develop and implement clear sales strategy to maximise MRR and ARR.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact & qualification through to face-to-face meetings, proposal, contract stage and closing business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to target new prospects and identify new personas to engage.
- Meet or exceed set Sales targets.
- Report pipeline and sales activities on a weekly basis via the CRM (Hubspot).
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of the Telecoms and adjacent markets in the UK.
- Account management acumen.
- A clear understanding of positioning, selling and renewing pricing data and insights products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage client effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot), MS Office suite, and lead generation tools.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in Key account management.
