The Little Gyms of Dallas are looking for folks that want to be developed as leaders. A leader in the gym teaching children as well as in a team environment. If you love learning, bringing your best to work, teaching (in any capacity) and smiling all day long, then you’re going to fit right in. We are passionate about child development, team member growth and fostering an environment for learning and success.

What we expect from you:

  • Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
  • Participate in managing customer service quality in addition to keeping our business practices top notch to ensure every experience exceeds expectation.
  • You’ll participate in training & evaluating the team to keep everyone at the top of their game.
  • Learn the daily business operations and be either the or one of the go-to's for customers and/or team members.
  • Have a learning mindset and develop skills in leadership, communication and problem-solving.
  • Be open to rotating work days.

The pay range for this position is dependent upon prior coaching/gymnastics/management experience. This initial range will be for a training period and will increase upon completing the first level of training. Team members working 35+ hours are also eligible for insurance.
