We are currently recruiting for a Product Owner who plays a central role in shaping and prioritising the digital products and services that support organisation's mission.
This role is essential in strengthening our digital infrastructure within a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Define, prioritise, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Engage with users to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Communicate product goals and updates clearly to users, sponsors, and the delivery team.
- Make prioritisation decisions based on user needs, organisational goals, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and use cases to ensure clarity and consistency in product development.
- Deliverables include
- A well-maintained and prioritised product backlog.
- Clear and consistent product documentation (PRDs, use cases).
- Regular user insights feeding into product decisions.
- Improved alignment between user needs and digital product development.
- Transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Experience and knowledge

- Relevant practical experience in a product-focused role.
