Corporate Compliance Manager

Base pay range

Brought by The Commonwealth, the pay for this position will align with the Secretariat’s internal salary scales.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and controls ensuring compliance with internal and external rules.
  • Monitor mandatory training requirements and co‑ordinate policy compliance across the organisation.
  • Produce compliance reports and support the Director of Corporate Compliance in implementing strategies related to risk, compliance, and audit.
  • Provide administrative support to the Audit and Risk Committee.
  • Advising senior management on policy adherence and risk management.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to governance support for senior management and committees.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in general management or senior administrative roles within an international or governmental organisation.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing, advising on, and implementing organisational policies.
  • Working knowledge of risk registers and embedding enterprise risk management.
  • Experience with internal auditing, reporting procedures, and supporting senior management and committees.
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in management or a professional role is desirable.
