We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Maths teacher to join our high achieving Maths Faculty in an important leadership role. This role would suit an established leader or an inspirational teacher making their first significant step into leadership.
Candidate Attributes
- Have excellent qualifications and subject knowledge
- Have a passion and enthusiasm for teaching Maths at all levels
- Encourage, motivate and inspire staff and students
- Have excellent strategic, organisation and communication skills
- The ability to teach Maths and/or Further Maths at A-Level, and/or Level 3 Core Maths is desirable, but not essential.

The Maths Faculty
The Maths Faculty is a well-established, enthusiastic and collaborative team of twelve teachers, bringing together a broad mix of experience and expertise. Staff work closely to share best practice, develop high-quality resources, and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across all key stages. The department is based in a dedicated Maths teaching block within the main school, providing a strong sense of identity and a well-resourced, supportive working environment. There is a clear commitment to professional development, mutual support, and continuous improvement, making the department a positive and stimulating place to work for both experienced teachers and those earlier in their careers.
