Expert in commercial property… but ready to do it on your terms? You’re an experienced Commercial Property Agent, Surveyor or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business. Earnings: You will earn 70% of the fee on every completed sale. Typical fees range from ÂŁ6,000 to ÂŁ10,000+ per property. Complete two commercial sales per month and earn a gross income of ÂŁ100,000+ in your first year.
