You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. Earnings: You will earn 70% of the fee on every completed sale. Typical fees range from ÂŁ6,000 to ÂŁ10,000+ per property. Complete two commercial sales per month and earn a gross income of ÂŁ100,000+ in your first year.
