We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our wedding and events team, working across multiple Manorview venues. You’ll use your expertise to secure sales and deliver excellent, personal client service from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, your focus will be securing sales by delivering tailored, personal experiences that help guests plan their perfect day.

You’ll work across multiple venues, covering holidays/absence or supporting where demand is high – ideal for someone who loves variety. You’ll also receive ongoing training and support from our experienced team.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Convert leads and secure bookings for weddings and events
  • Build relationships and generate new leads
  • Attend meetings with Senior Management and sales colleagues
  • Collaborate with operations for seamless event handovers
  • Balance appointments, planning, and admin
  • Report on sales performance
  • Deliver show rounds and sales appointments, offering a world‑class experience

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong admin skills (system training will be provided)
