When the lights are turned out and the doors locked our Night Manager becomes the star of the show, their role is all encompassing and pivotal to the safety of both our guests and team.
Responsibilities- Our Night Team offers guests returning late from nights out a warm and memorable welcome, actioning any late requests, setting up function rooms for the next day or cleaning down after the days events.
- They are hands-on throughout the venue ensuring a clean, well maintained environment as well as completing relevant admin tasks and having responsibility for the security of the venue and its guests overnight.
- From a security aspect our Night Manager can be found walking around the corridors, kitchens or exterior of the venue to ensure all entry points are secure.
- They also have a good understanding of health and safety requirements and ensure that all exits, fire points and other legal requirements are in place.
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
Compensation and Benefits- We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum.
- Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
