About the Role
Wedding Coordinator
As part of our Weddings & Events team, you'll help guide couples through their journey—from their very first show‑round to the final planning details. You’ll work within our proven processes while adding your own personality, ensuring every couple feels supported, reassured, and excited.
Hotel Receptionist
As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you’ll create a brilliant first impression every time. You’ll support smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, handle calls and enquiries, and keep our front desk running efficiently and confidently.

Key Responsibilities
As Wedding Coordinator, you will:
- Deliver excellent guest experiences during wedding show‑rounds and sales appointments
- Follow our sales process while adding your own personality and warmth
- Support and guide booked couples throughout their planning journey
- Complete daily reports and trackers
- Communicate with internal teams and the wider Manorview group to deliver seamless weddings and events
As Hotel Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and set the tone for their stay
- Manage communication channels, including calls, emails, and in‑person enquiries
- Ensure contractors follow sign‑in and fire safety procedures
- Take payments, manage deposits, and complete banking tasks during your shift
- Upload rooming lists to RezControl and contact guests where needed
- Maintain accurate guest information
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in weddings, events, or a similar sales‑based role
- Confidence in selling and upselling
- Strong process and procedure awareness
