Our Housekeeping Manager is a constant throughout our venues working with their teams to deliver an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout our rooms, our public areas as well as our back of house. Our Housekeeping team works incredibly hard to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable environment and that our team have a safe and clean working environment. They can be found in the stock cupboards ensuring we have adequate provision of clean and well‑maintained laundry and linen, or out in the corridors monitoring and coaching our teams, or on a busy check‑out they can be found with their sleeves rolled up changing beds and cleaning bathrooms. Our Housekeeping Manager is experienced in all elements of housekeeping using efficient working practices and processes to ensure their team deliver clean rooms in line with guests expectations. They are regularly found in conversations with other HOD’s, working together to deliver the entire guest journey throughout the venue.

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
