Our Wedding Operations Supervisor provide guidance and direction to our teams as well as support to our Wedding Operations Manager to deliver the Manorview level of service and consistent standards. On a day-to-day basis they can be found in all areas of the venue; talking to our teams, supporting our Heads of Departments to deliver standards and celebrating success at every opportunity.
Our Supervisors are true people people and they are developing their knowledge and experience in all elements of the business. They talk competently with their teams, are empathetic listeners and always looking for opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience, bringing new ideas and suggestions to the Wedding Operations Manager.
With a keen eye for detail and awareness, they support as well as provide cover for our GM’s with the day-to-day finances, sales and marketing and by monitoring their venue’s performance against their targets they make a valuable contribution to the Manorview group as a whole.
We are very excited to welcome you to our team but don’t get us wrong, we are looking for just the right fit. For someone who wants to be part of our journey, who understands our values, purpose and our passion and we won’t accept anything less. You are not someone who micro-manages their team or works against the GM. You are not office bound or only work to your own goals and achievements. You are not individualistic or self-centred and do not expect from your others what you are not prepared to deliver yourself.
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
We make life better for our team by:
- Offering great perks and benefits to be enjoyed by you and your family!
- Sharing our profits with you after 1 year of service
- Giving you free meals, soft drinks and hot drinks on shift
- Listening to our team via surveys and feedback sessions
