We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this! You will be the first face that our guests, team, and suppliers see, you will be responsible for making that first impression. Reporting into the Head Receptionist you will support the department to coordinate guest check-ins as well as managing incoming calls and enquiries.
What you will be responsible for:
- Meet and Greet our guests on arrival
- Managing internal and external communication from guests regularly through different communication channels
- Ensuring that all external contractors are signed in and aware of our Fire Safety procedures
- Take payments for bookings, managing deposits and banking during your shift
- Update guest information into our system as and when required
This list is not exhaustive and other ad-hoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance.

- Experience with ResDiary, Procure Wizard or Hotel Executive (Desirable)
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
