Responsibilities

  • Undertake reactive painting and decorating works in accordance with venue requirements.
  • Complete scheduled/planned maintenance per each venue as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Source materials for venues and ensure high quality of service and presentation is achieved in each task undertaken.
  • Work in accordance with Company safety and environmental policies, directives, code of conduct and with a duty of care.
  • Work with the Property Team to proactively ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • May be required to support the further Property Team to complete Adhoc Maintenance tasks and Project Work.

This is a regional role, you will be required to travel between 10 different venues as scheduled. Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8-4:30pm, although some flexibility may be required depending on works required, and on call weekends are available. Company vehicle will be required.
