We’re looking for Chefs to support our banqueting and restaurant kitchen teams. With 10 venues in total across west central Scotland, we cater to weddings and life celebrations weekly, as well as operate restaurants for hotel guests and locals.
We’re looking for people with relevant experience as Chef De Partie or Sous Chef who are able to flexibly fit into a kitchen team at short notice. Having your own car/transport is essential, and mileage allowance will be paid in addition to your wages every two weeks.
You’d be employed on a casual contract, with hours offered according to the needs of the business which you can accept or decline according to your own schedule – making these roles ideal for those who need more flexibility. If there are particular days or hours that work according to your personal circumstances, we’ll look to offer you these – but we’d appreciate as much flexibility as possible.
Ideally you’re willing to travel to the venues we require you to work in, but if there are certain venues that work for you, we will try to accommodate this where possible.
