ABOUT THE ROLE… We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this! You will be responsible for supervising the Creche/Soft Play facility that we have within our Leisure Department within the Bowfield Hotel and Country Club. You will monitor play activities and other core services for the department whilst maintaining the Health and Safety of the children who attend.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
- Supervise children in a safe and secure environment
- Stop behaviour which could be deemed dangerous
- Respond quickly to emergency situations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints should they arise
- Devise and participate in children’s fun activities
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
- Experience working with Children from the age of 6 months – 12 years of age (Essential)
- Up to date PVG Disclosure (Essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)
