You will report to the Head of Housekeeping, supporting to manage the Housekeeping department to deliver world class room and venue standards for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of cleanliness throughout the rooms and public areas
  • Training and Development of the Housekeeping Department
  • Deputise for the Head of Housekeeping on occasions
  • Comply with Health & Safety Standards
  • Liaise with the Maintenance Team as required to fix issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with Reception regarding check outs and check ins to manage yours and your teams time effectively
  • Daily upkeep of compliance for all Hot Tubs (If Applicable)
  • Servicing our External Lodges as part of daily cleaning routines
  • This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance

Experience and skills required

  • Minimum of 1 Years experience within a Housekeeping/Cleanliness environment (Essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (Essential)
  • Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)
  • Experience managing a team in a housekeeping environment (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Procure Wizard (Desirable)

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
