Responsibilities
- Help to lead the team, alongside the GM. Working daily to offer support and guidance, and finding ways to make hospitality better for them.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure standards are always kept high.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the venue alongside/in absence of the GM β with tasks such as doing rotas and banking.
Requirements
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better, and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
Compensation & Benefits
We pay a fair wage β with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave β with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
