Are you a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, functional, and looking their best?

We're looking for a proactive and multi-skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of our venues. You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, helping maintain high standards across our properties and ensuring an excellent environment for both our guests and team members.

If you enjoy variety, take ownership of your work, and can confidently turn your hand to plumbing, joinery, basic electrical repairs, decorating and general maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple venues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues, fault-finding and repairs.
  • Maintain buildings, grounds and external areas, including drainage and guttering.
  • Ensure all properties remain safe, compliant and well-presented.
  • Identify and prevent maintenance issues before they become costly repairs.
  • Support minor project works and refurbishment activities as required.
  • Source materials and complete tasks to a high standard.
  • Accurately record completed works and report maintenance issues.
  • Work safely and in line with company health, safety and environmental procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider Property Team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in general building maintenance.
  • Practical skills across a range of trades, including plumbing, joinery and basic electrical work.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence.

The Role

This is a regional position covering multiple venues, with regular travel between sites.

An on-call rota operates for emergency and business-critical issues only.

Weekend cover is shared fairly across the Property Team.

A company vehicle may be provided for use within the role, subject to operational requirements.

Why Join Us?

We make life better for our team by:

  • Sharing our profits with you after one year of service.
  • Providing free meals and drinks whilst on shift.
  • Offering free wellbeing services and support whenever you need it.
  • Creating excellent learning and development opportunities to support your career growth.
  • Listening to our teams through regular surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Providing a supportive environment where your contribution is valued.
