ABOUT THE ROLE… We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this! You will report to the Head of Housekeeping, supporting to manage the Housekeeping department to deliver world class room and venue standards for our guests.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
- Leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of cleanliness throughout the rooms and public areas
- Training and Development of the Housekeeping Department
- Deputise for the Head of Housekeeping on occasions
- Comply with Health & Safety Standards
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team as required to fix issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with Reception regarding check outs and check ins to manage yours and your teams time effectively
- Daily upkeep of compliance for all Hot Tubs (If Applicable)
- Servicing our External Lodges as part of daily cleaning routines

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
- Minimum of 1 Years experience within a Housekeeping/Cleanliness environment (Essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)
- Experience managing a team in a housekeeping environment (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Procure Wizard (Desirable)
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team. We make life better for our team by:
