Freelance Quantity Surveyor (OUTSIDE IR35) - Rail - South Wales/Remote

On the lookout for Freelance Quantity Surveyors to represent a large rail contractor on a project due to last the next 12 months at least. The role is on an outside of IR35 basis and will offer a hybrid working arrangement split between Newport and your home office.
