About The Role
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory, and safe work practices.
You'll be a team player, reliable, willing to step in and help where needed, and help maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy as well as:
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, label and dispatch finished goods
- Receive and store incoming goods accurately
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and barcode scanners
- Conduct stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate warehouse records using WMS/ERP systems
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements
About You
- The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role. As well as:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- A current Fork Hoist Licence preferred
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
