Comer Homes Group UK is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised Social Media Manager. The role is based at our head office based in North London.
The successful candidate will assist with creating, managing, and implementing social media marketing efforts for property developments, BTR schemes and commercial properties. This includes photography, copywriting, video editing, account management, social media posting, community management and all aspects of social media marketing.
More specific responsibilities include:
- Design and manage compelling, creative and simply stunning social media content across all our social media channels
- Developing social media strategies across company accounts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering monthly and quarterly reports to the director, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
- Select and create compelling visual assets and video for client social media content, ads, reels and stories
- Develop and curate engaging and compelling content headlines for social media (copywriting)
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing Director and branding agency to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy
- Assist with community management, to include consumer inquiries on social channels
- Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels
Required Skills and Experience:
Required
- 2+ years of proven work experience in social media marketing
- Education or qualifications in design, marketing, PR, journalism, property, or social media
- Experience working with social media in a business setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and project management skills
- Copywriting, grammar and editing skills required
- Photography, videography and editing/post-production skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media creation tools
Preferred
- Property industry experience a strong plus
- Knowledge of the property market, selling etc
- An interest in learning different areas of the business and gaining relevant qualifications
- A full clean UK Drivers Licence.
