About The Comedy Influence

The Comedy Influence (part of Creator Group Ventures) is a leading talent agency representing some of the UK’s top comedy creators. We manage brand partnerships, campaigns, and long-term careers for a small, curated roster of creators who are shaping comedy online.

We work closely with major brands, production companies, and broadcasters to help our creators do what they do best, make people laugh, and make a living doing it.

The Role

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Talent Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our comedy creators. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of everything we do, from managing creator schedules to supporting brand deals as well as pitching creators for potential opportunities with brands.

You’ll work closely with our Talent Manager to help deliver a smooth, professional service to our creators and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent support: Help manage creators’ diaries, campaigns, and communications.
  • Brand Outreach: Pitch creators for potential opportunities with brands.
  • Campaign admin: Track deliverables, deadlines, and brand approvals; log campaign details and payments.
  • Contract & brief coordination: Ensure creators receive all campaign materials, usage details, and deadlines in good time.
  • Platform management: Keep internal records (Google Sheets, Hubspot, Monday, Trello) up to date with live campaigns and deal pipelines.
  • Content tracking: Collect and log posts, analytics, and usage screenshots after campaigns go live.
  • General admin: Help with ad hoc tasks such as event planning, research, and roster upkeep.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or entertainment admin (agency or brand side).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you love a good spreadsheet and a tidy inbox.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to creators and brands.
  • Calm under pressure and good at prioritising in a busy environment.
  • A genuine interest in comedy, social media, and the creator world.
  • A team player who’s proactive, curious, and up for getting stuck in.

What You’ll Get

  • The chance to work directly with some of the UK’s most exciting comedy creators.
  • Experience across all aspects of talent management and brand partnerships.
  • A small, collaborative team where your ideas matter.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
