The Role
We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Talent Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our comedy creators. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of everything we do, from managing creator schedules to supporting brand deals as well as pitching creators for potential opportunities with brands.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you love a good spreadsheet and a tidy inbox.
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to creators and brands.
- Calm under pressure and good at prioritising in a busy environment.
- A genuine interest in comedy, social media, and the creator world.
- A team player who’s proactive, curious, and up for getting stuck in.
What You’ll Get
- The chance to work directly with some of the UK’s most exciting comedy creators.
- Experience across all aspects of talent management and brand partnerships.
- A small, collaborative team where your ideas matter.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
