As Comedy Agent, you will be responsible for growing and managing a roster of comedy talent, securing high-value live and development opportunities, and building the industry relationships that keep our talent at the forefront of the comedy landscape. This role sits within our talent division and works in close collaboration with our brand partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage routing, venue negotiations, and deal structures for all live engagements. Build and maintain relationships with comedy festival programmers at Edinburgh Fringe.

  • Brand Partnerships: Source, secure and manage brand partnerships end to end with your roster of talent.
  • Contract & Deal Negotiation: Manage negotiations & contracts end to end across all types of commercial partnerships. Ensure talent is protected while securing the most competitive terms.
  • Career Roadmapping: Build long-term comedy career strategies for talent on the roster, identifying the right sequencing of opportunities to grow their profile. Act as a trusted strategic partner and advocate for talent at every stage of their career.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in talent representation, comedy booking, or live entertainment.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK (and ideally international) comedy circuit, festivals, and media landscape.
  • Existing relationships with producers, promoters, venues, commissioners, and festival programmers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex deal structures.
  • A genuine passion for comedy and an eye for emerging talent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
