Location: Manchester.
Working model: Hybrid – 1 day in office per week where needed.
Salary: up to £60k base (Inclusive of Car Allowance) + Commission (OTE £100k+) & Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Driving growth of the business to new customers.
- Generating new leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Effectively communicating with potential new customers to drive both continued revenue, profit growth and increased engagement.
- A proven ability to put the customers' requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to deliver high quality customer service at all times.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly.
- Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations.
- Negotiating and finalising contracts with prospective customers.
- Visiting customer/potential customers to promote the company services.
- Understanding and promoting the company strategy.
- Establishing key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider sector.
- Developing a deep understanding of the customers business including group and extended opportunities, competitive influences on the business, networking.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of the latest solutions.
- Identifying cross-functional service/product opportunities.
- Work with operations and project teams to ensure swift and high quality onboarding of customers.

- Proven and successful track record of Multi Modal Freight Sales.
- Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market.
- Strong understanding of working collaboratively across functions to achieve success.
- Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth logistics environment.
