We\’re looking for a Server to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.
We’re looking for warm, confident people to join our Front of House team. You’ll be the first face our guests see, making them feel welcome, recommending dishes you love, and keeping service smooth from start to finish. You’ll need to enjoy busy, late-night shifts and know how to bring energy and attention to detail every time. If you’re someone who builds a good rapport quickly and takes pride in great service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do :
- Greet guests with a friendly, genuine welcome
- Take and relay orders clearly and efficiently
- Recommend food and drink with confidence
- Run your section smoothly, even on busy nights
- Build positive relationships with guests and your team
What We’re Looking For :
- At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Experience in following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section.
- A strong desire to grow – our Head Waiters are promoted from within, and our Columbo Academy programme is designed to help our team become future leaders.
What to Expect :
- Competitive Pay : £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £13.25-16 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
