The world famous Jazz Cafe is an award winning live music venue, showcasing rising stars and global names across hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music. An intimate, two floor setting. A restaurant that overlooks the stage. Easily one of the most exciting dining experiences in the city.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the floor: You’ll own the shift from open to close. Tight service. Calm head. You’ll set the tone and keep it there.
- Leading the team: You’ll coach, steady and support your front of house crew. Energy up. Standards high. Details locked in. We look after our people and we expect you to do the same.
- Looking after guests: You’ll build rapport, read the room and handle feedback with confidence. Allergens. Procedures. You’ve got it covered. Every table should feel exactly where they’re meant to be.
- Working as one team: You’ll work closely with the kitchen and senior managers. When the stage is live and the restaurant is full, everyone needs to be in sync. Just great service.
