This is a hands‑on, commercial role for someone who knows how to balance warmth with precision and likes turning great service into repeat business.
You’ll be the go‑to expert on our reservations policies, layouts, and menus, confidently managing OpenTable and Collins, and keeping everything accurate, current, and intentional. You’ll handle enquiries with clarity and care, managing dietary needs, special requests, and personal touches that actually feel personal. Clear, seamless communication between guests, venues, and internal teams. No crossed wires. No last‑minute surprises. You’ll build long‑term guest relationships, spot opportunities to upsell and optimise covers, and make sure The Blues Kitchen is the first place people think of when they’re planning something special. From strategic booking management to performance tracking, you’ll keep a close eye on what’s working and push it further. You’ll partner closely with marketing and venue ops to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
