We're looking for an ambitious, organised and people-focused People & Talent Manager to become the heartbeat of our Camden offices and help shape the future of our teams, culture and talent. This is not a traditional HR role. You’ll support a close-knit Head Office team of around 35 people working across two Camden offices, just a few minutes apart. You’ll play a central role in attracting great people, creating exceptional employee experiences, building our employer brand and helping make The Columbo Group one of the most exciting places to work in music, hospitality and culture.
You’ll be the person who ensures new starters have an incredible first day, managers are supported to build high‑performing teams, our offices feel welcoming and energising, and our culture continues to evolve as we grow. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, music and culture, thrives in fast‑paced creative environments and takes pride in creating workplaces where people can do their best work and have a great time doing it. This is a predominantly office-based role. We work from home on Wednesdays, but otherwise we expect this person to be present, visible and immersed in the day‑to‑day life of the team. Success in this role comes from building relationships, understanding people and being at the centre of the action.
