We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and promotion of our live music programme. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes music, understands how to sell tickets, and knows how to build campaigns that people actually want to engage with. You'll join a creative team based in Camden, working alongside colleagues across The Columbo Group - the independent hospitality and entertainment company behind Jazz Cafe, Phonox, Maiden Voyage Festival, Eastern Electrics Festival and more. What you'll be doing:
- Leading the marketing and promotion of Jazz Cafe's live music programme.
- Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales.
- Managing paid social campaigns through Meta Business Manager.
- Creating compelling copy across email, social media, web and advertising.
- Working closely with promoters, artists and management teams.
- Briefing photographers, videographers and designers to produce outstanding creative.
- Analysing campaign performance and continually improving results.
- Keeping a close eye on music, culture and audience trends to ensure our marketing stays fresh and relevant.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years' experience marketing and promoting live music events.
- Has a proven track record of selling tickets through creative, effective marketing campaigns.
- Has a genuine passion for music and a broad knowledge across multiple genres.
- Understands today's social media landscape inside out.
- Is confident running paid social campaigns through Meta Business Manager.
- Is an excellent copywriter with the ability to develop a distinctive tone of voice.
- Can confidently brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers.
- Thrives when juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment where standards are high.
