We're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join the Promotions team at Jazz Cafe. This is one of London's most iconic live music venues. A place where legendary artists, emerging talent and passionate audiences come together every night.

As Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll support the Promotions team in delivering campaigns that sell tickets and build audiences. You'll work closely with our Marketing Managers, helping to execute campaigns across digital channels while learning the fundamentals of music and event marketing. You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of promoting selected events, developing the skills needed for a long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Support Marketing Managers with day-to-day campaign administration and delivery
  • Assist with creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Update event listings, websites and promotional materials
  • Monitor ticket sales and support promotional activity across multiple events
  • Liaise with artists, agents, promoters and internal teams when required
  • Help manage email marketing campaigns and audience communications
  • Support the promotion of selected events from announcement through to show day
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and campaign information
