We’re searching for a Head Host to join our team at The Blues Kitchen. We’re looking for a Head Host with a warm presence and a genuine approach to hospitality. You’ll be the first face our guests see—managing the door, coordinating bookings, and setting the tone for a great night. This is a high-volume, late-night venue, so we’re after someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and keeps things running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with confidence and care
- Managing bookings, walk-ins, and waitlists
- Supporting the front-of-house team during busy services
- Coordinating with the floor and kitchen to maintain flow
- Creating a calm, welcoming front-of-house environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a guest-facing role
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night setting

What To Expect
- Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £15-17 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
