We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen is known for late nights, world‑class live music and proper American comfort food done well. Our kitchen focuses on the classics people crave: great steak, crispy fried chicken, award‑winning buffalo wings, burgers, mac & cheese and big flavour‑packed plates that guests come back for again and again. What You’ll Do
- Run a section during prep and service, delivering dishes to spec every time
- Prepare fresh ingredients and keep your section organised and service‑ready
- Cook American comfort food classics with consistency and attention to detail
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain quality and pace
- Support smooth service during busy periods
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times
- Help train and support junior chefs
- Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service

What to Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.75–£15.25 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
