We’re looking for a Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London. The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London’s most iconic venues. Known for its Southern‑inspired interiors, legendary late‑night energy and world‑class live music, it’s a place where great food, strong drinks and incredible performances come together every night of the week. From blues and soul to funk and late‑night DJs, The Blues Kitchen has built a reputation as one of the city’s most exciting places for music, food and hospitality. It’s a fast‑paced environment with a lot going on. We’re looking for someone energetic, hardworking and positive who enjoys the buzz of a busy bar and wants to be part of a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting bartenders so the bar runs smoothly during service.
- Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies throughout the shift.
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.
- Working quickly and efficiently during high‑volume shifts.
- Supporting the team to maintain a great atmosphere behind the bar.

What To Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£15.00 per hour).
- Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
