We're looking for a Cloakroom Assistant to join the team at The Blues Kitchen. Our cloakroom team plays a huge part in every guest's experience. You're often the first hello and the last goodbye. Whether it's a busy Friday night, a live show or a packed weekend, you'll help keep things running smoothly while making every guest feel looked after.
You'll be responsible for:
- Issuing matching tickets
- Storing coats and bags safely
- Returning belongings quickly and accurately
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and secure
- Delivering friendly, welcoming service throughout the night
- Helping create a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure
