We are looking for a Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London. The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London's most iconic venues, known for its Southern-inspired interiors, legendary late-night energy, and world-class live music. It is a place where great food, strong drinks, and incredible performances come together every night of the week.

It’s a fast-paced environment with a lot going on. We are looking for someone energetic, hardworking, and positive who enjoys the buzz of a busy bar and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting bartenders so the bar runs smoothly during service.
  • Restocking fridges, glassware, ice, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
  • Keeping the bar clean, organised, and ready for busy service.
  • Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume shifts.
  • Supporting the team to maintain a great atmosphere behind the bar.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Someone hardworking and reliable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment.

What to Expect:
  • Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71 - £15.00 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
