The Quest Academy, part of The Collegiate Trust, is seeking a skilled Team Leader Maths to lead improvements in the Maths Faculty. The Maths team is strong with coordinators and a Lead Practitioner; you will help deliver excellent pedagogy and accelerate your own teaching skills.
You will design and deliver the Maths curriculum, deploy staff in consultation with SLT, and line manage the Maths Faculty to raise student outcomes and teaching quality.
