The Assistant Principal plays a key role in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school, working closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to drive school improvement and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and student achievement.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible and effective leadership across the school, supporting staff in delivering an ambitious curriculum and a positive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, students, parents/carers, governors and external partners to promote the school’s vision, values and strategic priorities.
- Support the Principal and senior leadership team in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
