The Colleges’ Partnership is looking for an Induction Coordinator to lead learner onboarding and support within our ITT programmes at Blandford Camp.
The role delivers induction, supports Functional Skills, and coaches continuity to ensure apprentices receive clear guidance and motivation.
You will manage inductions, enrolments, exam prep, and transitions, with a focus on learner success and smooth journey through the apprenticeship.
