Are you passionate about setting learners up for success? Do you enjoy working directly with individuals, delivering induction content, and supporting transitions into learning?
The Colleges’ Partnership is seeking a confident and organised Induction Coordinator to lead and deliver learner onboarding and support within our Initial Trade Training (ITT) programmes at Blandford Camp.
This key role combines learner induction, Functional Skills support, and coaching continuity – ensuring every new apprentice receives the guidance, clarity, and motivation they need to thrive.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering induction sessions and learner exit processes in line with DFE and internal standards
- Acting as the first point of contact for ITT learners, guiding them through the apprenticeship journey
- Coordinating enrolments, bookings, and exam preparation
- Assisting with learner transitions into main programme or exit pathways
- Supporting coaching and team resilience by contributing to cover and consistency

What We Offer
- Salary of up to £29,288 per annum
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas closure (typically around 40 days per year total)
