THE ROLE

The National Clinical Audit of Psychosis (NCAP) is seeking a Deputy Programme Manager to join the team within the College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI). NCAP is an NHS-funded national clinical audit programme that works with mental health services to audit and improve the quality of care and treatment provided to people with psychosis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual looking to further their career in healthcare quality improvement, clinical audit and programme management. Working closely with the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery and development of NCAP's work and contribute to improving mental health services through the effective use of data.

The successful candidate will have experience of coordinating projects, analysing data and producing reports, together with excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience of using SPSS or other software for statistical data analysis is essential.

Responsibilities will include supervising project staff and managing the team's workload; supporting the planning and delivery of NCAP; contributing to data collection, analysis and reporting and dashboard development; producing high-quality reports and project outputs; liaising with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; and supporting the organisation and delivery of project activities, including workshops and events.
