Role Overview

Salary and Incentives
Annual salary: £19,401 – £24,465 (per annum, £31,904 – £40,232 per annum FTE). This role may be eligible for the Government's FE Targeted Retention Incentive Scheme.
Responsibilities
- Deliver functional skills and GCSE maths lessons to learners.
- Support learners, often enrolled in other college courses, to develop confidence and enjoyment of maths and to apply maths principles to their course and everyday lives.
- Work within a tight‑knit and supportive maths team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level5 teaching qualification or higher.
- Relevant teaching experience.
- The salary point on the scale will be determined by experience and teaching qualifications; appointments are normally not made at point12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without the required qualification.
