Responsible for overseeing the operations of the College Office, managing the Secretariat Team, and leading the planning and execution of various projects.
- Oversee the operations of the College Office

- Coordinate and report major issues or policy‐making issues to the President and the Council
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Council and committees
- Ensure the administrative and financial well‐being of the College
- Liaise with international institutions on professional training and exam affairs
Requirements:
- A university degree holder or above
- A minimum of 8 years' solid administrative and management experience, preferably related to the medical field
- Experience managing a team of at least 15 staff in an office
- Strong leadership with exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational acumen and interpersonal skills
- Self‐motivated, with strong emphasis on work integrity
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
