Job Description

  • Place of work: London (on-site)
  • Type of Job: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm (one day in the week from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm)

Working as a Field Sales Executive means becoming one of the faces of CNM, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within our ever-expanding team.

We are looking for a talented person to fill our face to face sales role, with the main purpose to grow the business and enrol more students.

This job requires persistence, the ability to listen and honest care, to be a successful Field Sales Executive.

Our sales team will handle the incoming enquiries and book in appointments with yourself.

Your job is to meet with the enquiring students face to face and close the sale and enrol them onto the course.

You will initially sign up prospective students yourself, learning CNM courses, systems, and the sales process.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate has a natural interest in helping prospective students from all walks of life to get a professional education and career in Natural Therapies.

You know how to enlighten and nurture prospective students.

You want to achieve your targets and you want to work with like-minded people in a stable and growing company.

We provide training for the role, however, it is required that you already had some successful experience with face to face sales, other sales roles, recruitment or customer service.

The most important element is that you are a motivated and driven individual who can take on this challenging role and get the expected results.

The ideal candidate has

  • A proven history of hitting targets and being a top performer
  • At least 1 years’ experience in direct face to face sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • A natural ability to build rapport with others
  • Extremely organised
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Interest and/or knowledge in Natural Therapies.
