The role:

We are looking for a marketing expert who is able to inspire our public to follow their dream to study natural therapies by using various marketing tools.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

• Plan, create and manage content across CNM's social media channels
• Develop a consistent social content calendar aligned with courses, events and campaigns
• Create engaging copy and coordinate simple visual/video content
• Manage regular newsletters and email campaigns
• Build and optimise email journeys that nurture prospective students from initial interest through to enrolment
• Support lead-generation campaigns, webinars, events and course launches
• Track social, email and funnel performance, using data to continually improve engagement and conversion
• Test messaging, content, calls-to-action and campaign approaches
• Work closely with the wider CNM team to identify stories and content opportunities

We're looking for someone creative, commercially minded and comfortable getting things done. You should understand both content and conversion, with practical experience.
